2026 Summer Drop-In Programs

Race into the Museum this summer for some family fun! The 2026 summer drop-in program dates will be coming soon. This program is designed to educate and entertain children ages 5-12 during the summer season, offering a fun, hands-on equine-themed experience. One of our educators will be in the HorsePlay! Gallery to talk about that week’s topic and assist kids in completing a related craft, featuring items from the Museum's collection to encourage hands-on learning. Topics include equine anatomy, trophy design, equine art, and much more!!! This drop-in program is sponsored by the New York State Breeding and Development Fund. 

Cost: Included with children's general Museum admission; no charge for adult chaperones.
