National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame partners with Holiday Inn and Saratoga Springs History Museum for “Bridles and Bootleggers: When the Mob Owned the Spa City — the 2026 Trifecta Tour” on May 21

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. — The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame is proud to partner with the Holiday Inn and the Saratoga Springs History Museum to present “Bridles and Bootleggers: When the Mob Owned the Spa City — The 2026 Trifecta Tour” on May 21.

Focusing on the cultural and thoroughbred racing scenes during the era of gangsters and prohibition in Saratoga Springs during the 1920s, this tour will feature expert historians presenting about this pivotal decade in the city’s history in fun and unique settings at each venue. Transportation between the venues is included and guests will enjoy snacks and drinks at each stop.

“Bridles and Bootleggers: When the Mob Owned the Spa City — The 2026 Trifecta Tour” event information:

• Begin your Trifecta Tour at the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame (191 Union Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY).
• Journey to the Holiday Inn and the Saratoga Springs History Museum on a complimentary shuttle bus, returning to the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame to conclude the evening.
• Enjoy delicious snacks and drinks at each stop along the way while learning about the history of this remarkable city.

Schedule of events

6 p.m. — The first trolley will leave the NMRHOF (191 Union Avenue) and head to the Holiday Inn. Be sure to arrive at the National Museum of Racing around 5:45 p.m. to board the bus.
6:15 to 7 p.m. — Tour the Holiday Inn
7:15 to 8 p.m. — Trolley ride and tour of the Saratoga Springs History Museum
8:15 to 9 p.m. — Trolley ride and end event at the NMRHOF
