Author Tricia O'Hara will be in the Museum Lobby to sign copies of her cookbook, "Saratoga Grazing." Event is free and open to the public. Books will be available for sale.

Author Anne Phinney will be on hand to sign copies of her book “Finding My Way to Moose River Farm,” a heartwarming memoir of a happy life spent with a variety of extraordinary creatures.

Award-winning photographer Tod Marks will host a photography workshop at the Oklahoma Training Track.

Hall of Fame jockey Alex Solis discusses his career in racing with program host Jeff Carle. 

Author Rick Capone, Old Friends founder Michael Blowen and other guests will be on hand to sign Capone’s new book detailing the origins and history of Old Friends, the thoroughbred retirement farm.

The Class of 2014 will be inducted into the Hall of Fame on Friday, August 8th at the Fasig-Tipton sales pavilion in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Inductees: Ashado, Clifford, Curlin, Lloyd Hughes, Alex Solis, Gary Jones, E. R. Bradley and E. P. Taylor.

NYRA racecaller Tom Durkin to serve as master of ceremonies.

Bow Tie Cinemas, in conjunction with the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame, will be premiering the movie “50 to 1” at the Bow Tie Cinemas’ downtown location at 19 Railroad Place on Friday, Aug. 1. National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame members will receive a special 25 percent discount on tickets throughout the film’s run in Saratoga Springs (Museum membership card must be shown to receive the discount).
