Our annual Horsing Around with the Arts Program is in its 25th year!  Open to students from grades 3-7 and 8-12, the opening reception is on March 27 for grades 3-7 and April 24 for grades 8-12 from 6 to 7:00 p.m.  The exhibits hang in our von Stade Gallery .  Please see the attached PDF entry form for further details and rules.  We gratefully acknowledge support from Price Chopper Golub Foundation.

We suggest a minimum of 3 hours for this field trip.

Our program is a local history learning collaboration with the Saratoga History Museum the Saratoga Springs Visitors Center:  this program offers classroom instruction, museum visits, and field trip opportunities that will enhance your students’ learning of the unique significance of Saratoga Springs in New York State history.

We offer Museum tours for your group, both guided and self-guided, all ages, from Pre K to seniors.

 

We suggest two weeks advance booking for guided tours.

Admission Fee: 

The cost is $10 for non-members and $5 for members. This price includes admission to the Museum after the tour.  Reservations only, no children under 10 years of age permitted on this tour.

Scout Programs

Admission Fee: 

Eight dollars per scout includes all materials and badges.  Adult chaperones are free, we require 1 adult chaperone per 10 scouts, this is not a drop off program.

1- 2 Hours

The Museum offers several Scout Badge Programs throughout the year (except July through August).
