Breeders' Cup viewing events at the Museum on Nov. 2-3

The National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame will host live showings of all Breeders’ Cup races on Friday, Nov. 2 and Saturday Nov. 3, featuring free admission, as well as food and drink options available for purchase.

 

The Museum’s Breeders’ Cup festivities begin on Friday with complete television coverage live from Churchill Downs from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Hall of Fame Gallery and in the Museum lobby. Friday’s program, billed as “Future Stars Friday,” includes five races featuring exclusively 2-year-olds: the Juvenile Turf Sprint, Juvenile Fillies Turf, Juvenile Fillies, Juvenile Turf and Juvenile. The nine-race “Championship Saturday” card, shown at the Museum from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., is comprised of: the Filly and Mare Sprint, Turf Sprint, Dirt Mile, Filly and Mare Turf, Sprint, Mile, Distaff, Turf and Classic. Free admission begins at 2:30 p.m. on Friday and at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.

 

Beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the Museum during the broadcasts and there will also be a variety of food options for purchase.
