At 3 Reigh Count easily won the Kentucky Derby, Miller, and Huron Stakes. He then beat older horses in the Saratoga Cup, defeated Preakness winner Victorian in the Lawrence Realization, and won the Jockey Club Gold Cup. At 4 Reigh Count was sent to England. At stud Reigh Count produced 22 stakes winners, including Count Fleet, America's sixth Triple Crown winner.
