          Gift Options

Making a simple bequest:  When creating or revising a will, many individuals make bequests to charitable institutions such as the racing museum.

Charitable Gift Annuity:  With this agreement, the donor makes a single payment to the museum, and in return the donor and/or named beneficiary receives a fixed-dollar amount each year for life.

Charitable Remainder Trust:  This trust enables donors to set aside assets now for the future benefit of the museum while reserving an income stream for themselves for a predetermined period or lifetime.  At expiration, the trust principle is transferred to the museum.

Charitable Lead Trust:  A donor may transfer assets to this trust that will provide income payments for a number of years to the museum.  At the end of the payment term, the principle reverts to the donor and/or beneficiary.

Gift of Life Insurance Trust:  A life insurance policy that is no longer needed can become a valuable gift to benefit the museum.

For each of the above mentioned options, suggested minimum gift amounts are available upon request.  Additional gift options may be available.
